Once again we have the support of TCRC, 9:Zero:7 and Out There who are generously sponsoring the prizes for the run, bike and ski categories, respectively. In addition, 9:Zero:7 are giving away a frame/fork set to one lucky raffle prize winner!
We are delighted to welcome back Bar Mitts and Black Rock Gear who have donated a bunch of awesome gear for the raffle. Also, Philip Gary Smith is again donating copies of his book 300-Mile Man!
Based on positive feedback from last year, in lieu of a pre-race meal, all racers will receive $10 in “chamber bucks” that can be spent at almost all establishments in Rice Lake (hotels, restaurants, stores, gas stations, etc.). This has been made possible with the help of the Rice Lake Tourism Board. Be sure to check out their website to find out more about Rice Lake and the surrounding area.
Following on from their handmade gaiters as prizes in 2015, last year RM-Gear made Tuscobia-branded winter headbands for all entrants. This year, a specially designed hat awaits all FINISHERS! RM – Roberto Marron – is a veteran Tuscobia finisher and along with Chris, the guinea pig for the inaugural 150-mile Tuscobia race in 2010.
Also, NEW this year – the guys from DIRO Outdoors in Stillwater, MN will be setting up a canvas tent w/stove at the finish to welcome you all over the line! But more importantly, they have gear available for rent for anyone who has a last minute need. Check out their website.
