160-mile events start at the Knights of Columbus (KC) Hall in Rice Lake is located at North St. & Nuun Ave.

160-mile Run / Ski
- Thursday December 31st, Mandatory gear check, bib pick-up and pre-event meeting
- 4:30-7 PM (gear check 4:30-5:30pm, meeting 6-7pm), KC Hall
- Friday Jan 1st, 2027 Event start 6 AM, KC Hall
- Sunday Jan 3rd, 2027 Event closes 11 PM (65 hours), KC Hall
160-mile Bike
- Friday Jan 1st, 2027 Mandatory gear check, bib pick-up and pre-event meeting

- Load bikes/sleds on the semi at the KC Hall 6:15 – 6:45 AM
- Bus leaves from KC Hall 7 AM
- Check in at event start at 9-10 AM

- Sunday Jan 3rd, 2027 at closes 11 PM (37 hours), KC Hall
Finish Line
- Finishers are welcome to hang out at KC Hall; we just ask to have quiet hours Saturday night as volunteers may be napping!
Checkpoint cut-off times
- Butternut Lake Lodge checkpoint will close at 11pm Saturday, Jan 2nd
- NOTE to 160-mile bikers: flags and trail markers will be pulled from the section of trail from Butternut Lake Lodge to the Tuscobia Trail on Saturday night. Therefore, you must get back on the trail by 11pm Saturday. If you need to bivy before Winter Huskies, the Draper campground is a good spot 20 miles from the turnaround.
- Winter Huskies checkpoint will close at 9am Sunday, Jan 3rd (location still TBD)
