Gear Check & Pre-event Meetings: Rice Lake High School, 30 S Wisconsin Ave, Rice Lake WI 54868 – use Carson St. entrance

160-mile events start and all events finish at the Knights of Columbus (KC) Hall in Rice Lake is located at North St. & Nuun Ave.

80-mile events start at the Butternut Lake Lodge on Butternut Lake

160-mile Run/Ski

Thursday Dec 28th, 2023
- Mandatory gear check, bib pick-up and pre-event meeting
- 4:30-7 PM (gear check 4:30-5:30pm, meeting 6-7pm), Rice Lake HS
Friday Dec 29th, 2023
- Event start 6 AM, KC Hall
- Use of bathrooms only – no sitting inside
Sunday Dec 31st, 2023
- Event closes 11 PM (65 hours), KC Hall

160-mile Bike

Friday Dec 29th, 2023
- Mandatory gear check, bib pick-up and pre-event meeting
- 4-7 PM (gear check 4-5:30pm, meeting 6-7pm), Rice Lake HS
Saturday Dec 3oth, 2023
- Event start 6 AM, KC Hall
Sunday Dec 31st, 2023
- Event closes 11 PM (41 hours), KC Hall

80-mile Run / Bike / Ski

Friday Dec 29th, 2023
- Mandatory gear check, bib pick-up and pre-event meeting
- 4-7 PM (gear check 4-5:30pm, meeting 6-7pm), Rice Lake HS
Saturday Dec 3oth, 2023
- If taking the bus: Check in outside the KC Hall 6:30-7am, Bus leaves from KC Hall 7 AM
- ALL bikes will be loaded on Saturday morning at the KC Hall – please no bulky gear on handlebars or rear as bikes will be on racks with every other bike facing opposite direction (bring gear on bus with you – there will be time to set up your bike before the start)
- If not taking bus: Check in at event start at Butternut Lake Lodge 9-10 AM
- Event start 10 AM at Butternut Lake Lodge
Sunday Dec 31st, 2023
- Event closes 11 PM (37 hours), KC Hall

Finish Line

No sleeping at KC Hall after you finish, we will need everyone to minimize their time inside and be prepared to make their way to their car/hotel soon after they finish
